1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JM8 ("JM8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://jm8.cam (the "Platform", "Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered through JM8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the JM8 Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of JM8 following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on JM8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by JM8 for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of JM8 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
• You are of sound mind and are not depositing funds under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement;
• You are not on any self-exclusion register applicable to the JM8 Platform.

JM8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the above criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

4. Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the JM8 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must notify JM8 promptly of any changes to this information via our support channels.

JM8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be requested to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement, not older than three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g. screenshot of linked Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank account details);
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests above MYR 5,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. JM8 endeavours to process KYC submissions within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted documents are legible, valid, and unaltered.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

JM8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, AmBank), and USDT TRC20. Available methods may be updated from time to time at JM8's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 (e-wallets); MYR 50 (bank transfer / FPX); 20 USDT (cryptocurrency);
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. E-wallet deposits are typically instant; bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes;
• JM8 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability;
• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50;
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes;
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, subject to network confirmation times;
• All published processing times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by payment provider systems, bank maintenance windows, or KYC review requirements;
• JM8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

JM8 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Players must be at least 21 years of age to claim any promotion;
• Each welcome bonus may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual offer;
• The maximum permitted bet while bonus funds are active is MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round or per bet slip, as specified per promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings;
• Different game types contribute differently toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games such as baccarat and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Game-specific contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim). Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• JM8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a bonus has already been accepted by a Player prior to modification, the original terms of that bonus will apply to that Player for that instance only;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk bet patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account closure.

Players are strongly encouraged to read the full Terms and Conditions of each individual promotion before claiming. If any clause in the individual promotion conflicts with these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for that specific promotion only.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on JM8 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market as displayed within the Platform. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. JM8 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below);
• JM8 offers sports betting on markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sports. Odds and markets are updated in real time and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation;
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, miscalculated lines, or system errors — JM8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. Winnings derived from a manifest error will not be paid;
• JM8 game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for digital games, and by live physical processes for live dealer games. The Platform does not manipulate outcomes;
• Quoted RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages provided by game developers. Individual session outcomes may differ significantly from the stated RTP;
• JM8 reserves the right to set individual account betting limits at its discretion, including maximum single bet limits, maximum payout caps, and daily or weekly wagering limits.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JM8 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the Account may be forfeited:

• Fraud and money laundering: using the Platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity or to conduct any fraudulent financial transaction;
• Chargebacks: initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and wagered on JM8;
• Collusion: cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats;
• Use of automated software: employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploitation of errors: knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, or game malfunctions to accumulate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions;
• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts to claim promotional bonuses, using low-risk hedging strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine play intent;
• Providing false information: supplying inaccurate personal details during registration or KYC, or impersonating another person;
• Underage gambling: accessing the Platform or facilitating access for any individual under the age of 21.

9. Responsible Gambling

JM8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide Players with the following tools to help maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings or by contacting support;
• Session time reminders: configurable alerts to notify Players of the duration of their current gaming session;
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours;
• Reality checks: periodic on-screen prompts reminding Players of time elapsed and net win/loss position during a session.

JM8 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years. We apply age verification controls at registration and during KYC. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect a Player is underage, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

JM8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Suspected use of prohibited software or collusion;
• A Player's request to self-exclude;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC clearance. Funds associated with bonus abuse or prohibited activity may be forfeited at JM8's sole discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JM8 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — relating to the Platform and its content. JM8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

JM8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or Force Majeure events;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including banks, e-wallet operators, or cryptocurrency networks;
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials;
• Any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, JM8's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the JM8 Platform — including but not limited to the JM8 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game assets — is the exclusive property of JM8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without JM8's prior written consent.

13. Privacy & Data

JM8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, JM8 collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, process payments, carry out KYC verification, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is secured using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold to unaffiliated third parties.

14. Amendments to These Terms

JM8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform, by email to the address registered on your Account, or both. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the JM8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

The version of these Terms in force at the time any dispute arises shall govern that dispute, unless JM8 and the Player agree otherwise in writing.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JM8 is incorporated and holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and JM8, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified in JM8's licence conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
